The Beautiful Patricia Neal

I fell in love with Patricia Neal the first time ever I saw her face. She was Dominique Francon in King Vidor’s version of Ayn Rand’s objectivist novel The Fountainhead, Emily Eustace Failenson in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and Alma, the seasoned middle-aged housekeeper, in Hud. But it was not just her looks that I found attractive: it was her personality. If ever an actress had soul, it was her. A cloze deletion test for Advanced students.
